Full payment is required 7 days prior to your booking.
If items are added to your booking after this time, full payment is due at the time of updating your booking.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
All bookings are non-refundable. In circumstances where your booking needs to be cancelled before the scheduled date, the booking can be rescheduled up to 12 months after the date of purchase.
We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Changes to your booking can be made up to 7 days in advance by calling 0755339333 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need to change the booking date, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking to your next requested date (subject to availability).
In circumstances where the party is cancelled by you, the $50 deposit is non-refundable
You may request a new date for the booking or the $50 can be utilised to purchase general entry tickets and food & drink purchases for up to 12 months after the date of purchase.
