How many people are included in the party packages?

Up to 12 children and 2 Supervising adult tickets

Can I change the two adult tickets in the party package to extra children’s tickets?

No, the two adult tickets are for the parents/carers of the party who may need access to the castle to supervise the party guests.

Can I add extra children to a party?

Yes, when booking online there is an option to add extra children.  If you have already booked, please email one week prior to adjust numbers

How long do I have on the party table?

The designated party area is for 1.5 hours only, from the booked session time. Jumpers can stay on the castle for an extra half an hour after the party area time is up.

Can I order extra platters?

If you require any food platters or changes to food platters for your party, please contact us 7 days prior to ensure all your catering requirements are met.  Email:

Deep fried, or hot chip platters may be added for last minute parties up to a day in advance.

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

You can bring your own food from home; we do not allow commercially produced food (e.g., Pizza, subway, sushi train). You can bring your own soft drink, water, or juices.

Is your venue licenced?

Our Venue is fully licensed, alcohol can be purchased from 10am – no BYO alcohol.

How old do children need to be to have access to the main castle?

4 years and over.  Otherwise, you can purchase a mini jumper with supervising adult ticket which includes a 1-3year old child with an adult.

Some of my party guests are under 4 years old can they go on the main castle?

Yes, if supervised by an adult.  When booking you will be asked how many under 4-year old’s will be attending the party

*Children under 4 years old, must be accompanied by an adult to enter the main castles (they cannot be supervised by an older sibling)

I don’t have 12 party guests; can I still have a party?

Yes, you can still book the party and have less than 12 guests, the parties are a set price.

If you don’t want to book a party area, you are welcome to purchase separate general entry tickets or Super pass tickets via our booking system. (We cannot reserve a table area for this type of party)

Invitations are available for collection at the front counter, or can be printed from the website -

Can my party be setup in the outside area?

We cannot set up parties in our outside area at this stage. You are welcome to sit outside utilising the bench seats and picnic mats, and you will still have your designated party area inside.

You can also bring your own table and chairs if you wish to sit outside, and you will still have the designated party area inside.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Party tables can be decorated; however, we do not allow confetti, party poppers, piñatas or hanging decorations on the walls and ceiling.

What do I need to bring for the Your Way Party?

You will need to bring tablecloths, plates, napkins, cake knife, cutlery, lighter or anything else that you may need.

Can I arrive early to setup the table area?

Two parents will have access to the party area 15 minutes before the party time to decorate, all other guests and children, will not have access until the scheduled party time.

Do you have room to store my birthday cake in the fridge?

We have limited space in our refrigerator and may not be able to store all cakes. Please check with staff if space will be available on the day.  Large cakes may not fit in the refrigerator.

Can I stay on the party table longer 1.5 hours?

No, the party area is only for 1.5 hours.  The children can play for another half an hour after this time.  Parents can move to the grandstands, upstairs or outside for the last half hour.

When do I need to make final payment for my party?

The final payment is due 7 days prior, or 3 days prior for any changes to a booking, payment can be made via the booking paylink that you will receive via email.

Can I cancel my party?

In circumstances where the party needs to be cancelled the $50 deposit is non-refundable, however you may request a new date for the booking or the $50 can be utilised to purchase general entry tickets instead.
